PLEASE HELP - Tables and Frames

  • I am getting into using 1st Page regarding tables and frames. I am used to using Cool Page (www.coolpage.com (http://www.coolpage.com)) to layout my website. I use Photoshop and Image Ready for all of my design and slicing, then Cool Page lets me import my images, swf files, etc. and they are layed out in the way I want the site to look. My friend told me I should switch to using tables because it makes things a lot easier.
    I love Cool Page because it is easy to direct links to a certain frame; therefore, the only thing that changes on the page when a link is selected is the frame i choose. For example, look at www.standeuces.tk (http://www.standeuces.tk). I only have the intro and HOME activated, but you can see when I mean by simply clicking home

    If anyone can supply me with a tutorial on how to layout your website using tables I would appreciate it very much.
